I have several scanned documents and printed files that I need to convert into editable text. Manually typing everything takes a lot of time and can lead to mistakes. Is there an easier way to handle this process? I recently learned about optical character recognition, which can identify text from scanned images and PDFs. I would like to know how accurate this technology is, whether it works with different document formats, and which tools are suitable for personal or business use.
