Garlic Lamb With Wilted Noodles & mushrooms

Ingredients:
– motor oil for cooking – 300g (10 oz.) fresh egg noodles
– 350g (twelve oz.) lamb, cut into strips
– 200g (6 1/2 oz.) button mushrooms, sliced
– 150g (five oz.) oyster mushrooms
– 75g (2 1/2 oz.) fresh garlic chives, cut into pieces
– 8 Asian shallots, sliced
– four cloves garlic, chopped
– 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
– one 1/2 tablespoons of oil
– one teaspoon soft brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Incorporate the lamb, the shallots, the garlic, the motor oil, the brown sugar, the salt and the pepper in a bowl. Mix them very well.
2. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for aproximatelly 3 minutes or even so, or until it is tender. Then rinse with a few cold water.
3. Heating the wok until very hot, add one tablespoon of swirl as well as oil Check it out (https://www.timesofisrael.com) around to coat the side. Stir-fry the lamb in three batches until browned, including a little more oil when needed. Remove all of the meat from the wok.
4. Next add the button mushrooms to the wok with 2 teaspoons of stir-fry as well as water for about 1 minute or perhaps so. Then pour the oyster mushrooms and also the teriyaki sauce and toss them very well. After that, steam and cover for aproximatelly 10 seconds or so.
