The element of fun was nearly absent, making it difficult for educators to maintain students’ concentration. The introduction and continued evolution of phonics games turned this equation around, making learning an enjoyable activity rather than a monotonous obligation.
Teaching kids to use calendars, planners, or checklist apps is another effective way to develop their organizational skills. These visual organizers can help them keep track of their tasks, assignments, and deadlines. Teaching them to use these tools will enable them to see their responsibilities and the time they have left to complete them. This also fosters the habit of staying on task, accomplishing objectives, and feeling the accomplishment of task completion.
Although the LEET program achieved success, it also faced certain limitations. Resource allocation was one of the difficulties faced, as the integration of classic literature required considerable preparatory work from educators. There was also a need for more professional development for teachers, addressing methods to make classic literature more accessible.

For the purpose of our study, we focused on three primary schools in New York City, with a participant pool of 150 students, aged 9-12 years, their teachers, and parents.
